Sales Tax is not a Dirty Word!
This class is great for individuals new to retail and especially those who are traveling retailers taking part in Art Shows, Farmers Markets, Flea Markets, and other traveling-type retailing or individuals with distributors in multiple locations. Online sales tax collection will also be addressed.
We will visit topics like making a sales tax plan, identifying correct rates, record-keeping, and bookkeeping methods, as well as end of year tax reporting.

Creating Smart Presentations: Integrating Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Microsoft Office is known for integration capabilities. We typically work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint individually, and we may insert data from Excel into a Word report or a PowerPoint presentation. Each program has features specific to sharing data automatically among programs. Cathy will show you important time-saving techniques in creating truly smart presentations; determine when and how to use each type of integration effectively.
