Starved Rock Country Alliance takes over SBDC
SPRING VALLEY — Scot Wrighton from Starved Rock Country Alliance addressed the Spring Valley City Council Monday evening.
Wrighton explained they are taking over the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) which used to be housed at IVCC. The SBDC closed at the end of 2016 when IVCC could no longer provide offices and funding due to the state of Illinois budget crisis.
